The location was perfect to check out the University of New Mexico and the local arena. The suite felt cozy and made our trip so relaxing after exploring the city. Just a heads up, breakfast can run out quickly, so get there early!
We did have a hiccup with the room temperature—it took a while to cool down, and we had to call the desk for help. That was frustrating after a long drive.

The room had a perfect layout for our family of five, providing us ample space to relax after a long day of travel. The concierge displayed remarkable kindness by ensuring we were comfortable and had a room suitable for my grandmother's needs.
The upstairs room posed some challenges for my elderly grandmother with knee issues.

I had a decent stay and found the room comfortable. I encountered confusing directions to the check-in office, but the clerk was nice. A free bottle of water awaited me in the fridge, which was a nice touch. After a long day of exploring, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere for relaxation.
I faced challenges with the check-in process and the temporary breakfast location. The bathroom light turned off unexpectedly while I was using it, which was inconvenient.

We enjoyed our spacious room that felt like a home away from home. The full kitchen was perfect for our family, allowing us to prepare meals. It was quiet at night, which made for a restful sleep after a day of exploring the city.
The breakfast options could have varied more during our stay.

The breakfast hit the spot, and the location was on point with a bunch of tasty local eats nearby, like Richard's Mexican Restaurant and Blake's Lotaburger. Plus, the kitchen staff brought their A-game, making the mornings bearable.
But the room had a funky smell, and the whole key card fiasco was a hassle. The kids and I felt like we were on some sort of obstacle course just trying to get in!

Nice Stay With A Comfy Bed
So I stayed one night in a studio suite king, and honestly, the bed was super comfy. They had a coffee maker, which was sweet, and breakfast was pretty great. Only weird thing was there were some dirty carpets and a few lights out in the room. Also, front desk guy was a bit overwhelmed handling breakfast and check-ins by himself.
